The JP251SW Bb trumpet represents the perfect balance of high performance at an attractive price and has achieved a wide reputation across the UK and abroad for the value that it offers musicians. Used both in schools and on stage in professional shows (Seal 2009/10 European Tour & Jools Holand's Rhythm and Blues Orchestra), the JP251SW's versatility enables players at all levels access to a high performing instrument.
John Packer Ltd have worked closely with internationally renowned trumpet designers and manufacturers Smith Watkins and have worked personally with Dr Richard Smith to ensure that the JP251SW benefits from the prestige of Smith Watkins' instruments. An exclusive and specially designed Smith Watkins leadpipe was created for the JP251SW driving excellent articulation and sound projection. The JP251SW also features adjustable 1st and 3rd valve slides, monel valves and is constructed from high grade 80:20 brass enabling the instrument to achieve a highly attractive tone.

The JP251SW is supplied with a JP601 mouthpiece and lightweight case. The case includes YKK zips throughout and has comfortable backpack and shoulder straps and a large storage pocket on the outside of the case. The pocket is large enough to store A4 sheet music and small accessories.
