A simple layout makes the XS-1 an excellent choice for any player. The Balance knob lets you blend dry and effected signals. At the same time, the Toggle/Momentary switch gives you sustained or temporary shifts, and the rotary Shift knob lets you dial in semitone steps and octave jumps with ease. You can even choose your desired shift direction with the Detune switch, allowing you to send your pitch up or down. Plugging in an expression pedal unlocks even more control, allowing for sweeping, hands-free pitch bends for maximum tonal drama.
